Privacy policy

Contact and scope
This policy describes data handling on Save & Load. For privacy questions or a request concerning your data, contact help@saveandload.com. We do not sell personal data.
Browsing and essential services
Visitor analytics and advertising scripts are disabled. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, request details and operational logs to deliver pages and protect the service. Disabling analytics does not prevent these necessary network operations.
Preferences and external services
Your browser stores your theme preference and privacy choice. YouTube embeds are blocked until you allow external media. Images may be delivered by third-party providers, which receive connection information. External links lead to services with their own privacy policies.
Admin and optional notifications
Only authorized staff use admin accounts. A secure session cookie supports authentication and expires after up to eight hours. Optional browser push notifications require your permission and store delivery information. You can unsubscribe using the notifications button or browser controls. The newsletter is discontinued; new sign-ups and newsletter sending are disabled. Previously collected records are not automatically erased by this website update.
Storage, providers and retention
Operational data may be processed by hosting, database, image delivery and notification providers, including Fly.io, Google Firebase/Firestore and Cloudinary. Processing may occur in different countries. Session records expire with the session and privacy choices expire after 180 days. Contact correspondence and historical records must be reviewed and retained only as necessary for their purpose, security and applicable legal duties.
Your choices and requests
Use Privacy settings to change your external-media choice. Email help@saveandload.com to request information, access, correction or deletion of personal data, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Include enough information to locate the record, but do not send passwords or identity documents unless specifically required through an appropriate process.
Children and advertising
We do not knowingly request sensitive data or children's personal details. If you believe such information was provided, contact us. Advertising is currently disabled. Before activating an advertising service, we will review disclosures, consent requirements and service-provider configuration.
