GSC Game World has released the version 2.1 update ‘The Zone Lookout’ for post-apocalyptic first-person shooter S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, allowing players to manually increase the A-Life NPC visualisation distance and choose how far away they want to see NPCs. The update also includes under-the-hood improvements and balance tweaks for long-distance gunfights, and introduces a new feature where friendly or neutral stalkers can guide players to nearby destinations for a fee. The update is based on player feedback and includes a broad set of bug fixes on top of the new content. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via various stores.
