Microsoft has introduced pay-as-you-go pricing for Xbox Cloud Gaming, with introductory packages costing $3.99 for 10 hours, $7.99 for 25 hours, or $11.99 for 50 hours. Game Pass subscribers will receive 5 to 15 included cloud-gaming hours depending on their tier, starting in November. Additional time must be purchased to stream games, even if already purchased. Gizmodo reports that this change may affect users who previously paid full purchase price for games outside the Game Pass library, expecting to play them via cloud streaming.
