Life simulation game InZoi has faced criticism for a post on its official X account, which some fans found disturbing and potentially alluding to pedophilia. The post, which is still visible on the game's Discord server, was removed from X after a few hours due to user complaints. The post featured a balding man in a leather coat watching children play on a playground, accompanied by a caption and an eyes emoji.

InZoi's developer, Krafton, initially stated that the post was intended to showcase improvements to the game's playgrounds and promote the upcoming Celebrity DLC, but the move was met with widespread criticism. The incident comes as InZoi faces increased competition in the life simulation genre, with EA pausing one of Maxis' ongoing Sims projects.
