Tales of Eternia Remastered opened at 42,304 retail copies sold in Japan from October 12 to 18, 2026, according to Famitsu's estimated physical game software data. The game sold 17,911 copies on Switch 2, 14,003 on Switch, and 10,390 sales on PlayStation 5. It was the highest selling new release of the week, followed by Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse with 23,251 retail copies sold. Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse moved 15,630 copies on Switch and 7,621 copies on PlayStation 5.
