Zymartu Games has released the Official Gameplay Trailer for Fields of Aaru, a cozy life sim set in the afterlife of Ancient Egypt, and updated the game's free demo on Steam. The demo is now playable in multiple languages, including Japanese, Simplified Chinese, French, German, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese, as well as English.
The update includes new features such as land reshaping, character creation, and improved visuals. Players can build a home on the river, help restore the village, and venture into the desert beyond. The demo is available free on Steam as part of Steam Next Fest, which runs until October 26, and remains available after the festival ends.
The full game is in development for PC, with a release date to be announced. Zymartu Games is an indie studio founded by Marcel and Thu, a husband-and-wife team who have been building Fields of Aaru together for over three years.
