A new first-person historical narrative folk horror game, Hunter's Moon, has been released exclusively on PlayStation 5. The game is set in 17th-century England and is inspired by the true history of witch hunts. Players take on the role of Lillith Thorne, an accused woman on the run for her life. The game features over 100 fully voice-acted characters and hand-crafted stylised art. Writer-director Alicia Contestabile aimed to present the history in an authentic way, reflecting what might have happened in villages during these witch trials. The game is available today exclusively on PlayStation 5.
