God of War Laufey is the first mainline title to star a protagonist other than Kratos, with Faye taking on the role of Kratos's Norse wife and the mother of Atreus.
The game's synopsis describes Faye's journey through the afterlife of the gods, the Everywhen, where she must fight to save those she loves.
