NACON and studio Teyon are celebrating the "Month of Darkness" by showcasing a core feature of their upcoming action-RPG, Hunter: The Reckoning - Deathwish: character creation. Players will shape their Hunter before embarking on a relentless hunt through the streets of New York City. The character sheet is the ultimate key to survival, and players can sculpt every detail, from physical build, hairstyle, and clothing, to the tattoos and scars that tell the story of a troubled past. The game adapts the rules of the tabletop role-playing game's 5th Edition, allowing players to choose from pre-built archetypes or build their character from scratch. The progression system has been designed to be seamless and intuitive, allowing for rapid specialization while giving players the freedom to fine-tune their playstyle. The game will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam in 2027. According to Piotr Latocha, Game Director at Teyon, "The heart of any RPG lies in the player's ability to truly make their character their own. That's why we wanted to deliver a character creator that is both deep and highly accessible."
