Gaming organisation G2 has recreated its iconic Berlin headquarters in Minecraft, creating a virtual hub for fans to gather and watch the 2026 League of Legends World Championship. The virtual HQ features a giant in-game screen broadcasting G2 co-streamer Jankos' livestream with energetic commentary. Fans can also download in-game skins inspired by G2's pro kits and jerseys from previous seasons to rep their favourite teams.
The virtual hub is open 24/7 and will remain open after the tournament concludes, offering a place for G2's global community to connect and hang out beyond the championship. Future watch parties will be planned at the virtual Minecraft HQ throughout 2027, allowing fans to stay tuned for more opportunities to come together and support their favourite G2 rosters.
The 2026 League of Legends World Championship marks the end of a historic season for G2, following Rasmus 'Caps' Winther's induction into the Hall of Legends and the organisation securing its 20th LEC title, the first to ever do it. The next watch party takes place on October 30th at 11:00 pm UTC, as G2 heads into Round 4 of the tournament's Swiss Stage in a Bo3 match-up against Hanwha Life Esports.
