Pokémon Pokopia's second expansion, Dazzling Decorations, is set to release on December 9, as part of the Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass, Part 2. This paid DLC will add new Pokémon, items, and accessories to the game, with a focus on cosmetics and new towns to explore. The expansion will also be accompanied by a free version 3.0.0 update, available to all players on the same day.
The announcement confirms that a third expansion is planned for 2027, which will add new areas to the game and presumably new Pokémon. This is part of Nintendo's continued support for the game, which has been a huge success on the Switch 2, selling five million copies in just five months and accounting for 21% of Switch 2 owners as of August.
