Indie videogames studio Mad Baboon has launched a crowdfunding campaign for their debut game No Light Remains, a psychological first-person horror/anomaly game set in a Brazilian hospital at the start of an outbreak. The game follows a Security Guard as they patrol the floors of the Hospital, checking for the normal operation of the building during the night shift.
Players must explore an evolving environment and survive an infection whose true nature remains unknown. The campaign is live on Catarse, where people from Brazil can contribute using Pix or other payment methods, and people from other countries can contribute with an international credit card. Mad Baboon has also set up a playable demo for the game in the first half of 2027, and is trying to gather wishlists on Steam for a playtest before the demo launch.
