Mass Effect fans have taken their mission to save BioWare and its beloved sci-fi franchise to EA headquarters with a truck displaying the #SaveMassEffect message. The truck, which features signage updated with a handy QR code and website URL directing curious players to SaveMassEffect.com, is parked outside EA and EA Sports HQ in Redwood City, California. The goal, as We are Mass Effect's Mer told IGN, is to "spread the word and bring as much attention to the movement as possible."

The truck is part of a larger effort by We are Mass Effect to raise awareness about the human beings affected by the closure of BioWare and the cancellation of the Mass Effect game. The group is also planning to drive a mobile billboard near BioWare's former offices tomorrow, and will launch a final billboard during The Game Awards next month. Billboard organizer Kala Elizabeth told IGN that the plan is to drive the billboard around the TGA ceremony for around four hours.

Meanwhile, We are Mass Effect said it is currently putting the finishing touches on a video featuring Mass Effect fans, actors, and contributors for N7 Day tomorrow, November 7. Included in the lineup are Commander Shepard actors Jennifer Hale and Mark Meer. The group is also pushing N7 Play Day in an attempt to boost Steam player numbers for Mass Effect: Legendary Edition.
