Farming Simulator 25 has received a new expansion called Beans & Alpacas, which introduces alpacas, two major new crop cultivation systems, and a lush South America-inspired environment. The expansion is now available on PC and consoles, and it invites virtual farmers to experience a warmer kind of farm life. The new environment, Catuaí, is inspired by regions of Brazil and features red soil, dense vegetation, and rolling hills.
Farmers can run operations while exploring the land to find dinosaur bones displayed at the local museum or visit a remote research station in the middle of the forest to learn more about the region. The expansion also adds new animals, including Brahman cows, and wildlife such as parrots and caimans, bringing additional life to the environment.
The Beans & Alpacas Expansion includes more than 25 machines and implements from renowned manufacturers, including Case IH, Ford, and John Deere, and enhanced ground-working animations and improved visual effects further increase detail and immersion when operating agricultural machinery. The expansion is also included in the Year 2 Season Pass and the Farming Simulator 25: Beans & Alpacas Edition, which includes the base game and the MacDon Pack.
The physical edition is available now from local specialist retailers. The Farming Simulator 25: Beans & Alpacas Edition is also available as a digital release for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, and includes the base game, the Beans & Alpacas Expansion, and the MacDon Pack. The expansion is available today as a separate download, and GIANTS Software will also continue to release free content updates and user-generated content on the official ModHub.
