AMC Global Media has partnered with Yodo1 Licensing to expand its presence in China's gaming market. The partnership will see Yodo1 serve as AMC's representative for licensing opportunities with Chinese game developers for hit television franchises such as The Walking Dead Universe and Anne Rice's Immortal Universe. This marks a strategic shift towards introducing world-class IP to the Chinese market, which has long been one of the biggest markets for games, passing $50B in revenues for the first time in 2025, according to research firm Niko Partners.

Yodo1 will provide end-to-end strategic execution, bridging the cultural and operational gap between Western IP holders and Chinese development studios. AMC's Head of Games and Franchise, Clayton Neuman, stated that the partnership will allow AMC to meet its fans where they are, and Yodo1's Co-CEO, Henry Fong, added that the combination of world-class IP with Yodo1's strategic execution will benefit everyone involved.
