Pawprint Studio Today announced that Aniimo has reached over 15 million players since its global launch on September 16, coinciding with the Season 1 Part 2 content update, Departure with the Wind: Part 2, which runs from October 29 to December 9, 2026. The update brings new areas, creatures, and gameplay features to the free-to-play, creature-catching open-world RPG.
New areas include Crescent Bay, Rosy Mirelands, Wildwater Gorge, and Cloudreach Falls, while 51 new Aniimo are added, including 32 brand new species and 13 special forms. Players can also participate in the Night Parade and Magical Night events, new activities, and fresh challenges to celebrate Halloween. Additionally, the PvP feature Friendly Sparring allows players to challenge each other to 1v1 Duels and showcase their battle skills.
