He revealed that he's a massive fan of the Metal Gear series and has played every single game in the series, starting from the PlayStation 1 to the latest one.
Skarsgård also shared a conversation he had with Kojima regarding his love for cinema. He considers Kojima a pioneer in the video game industry, inventing a new medium that combines film and interactivity. Skarsgård will be providing performance capture for the game, which he has experience with from his previous roles in Marvel's Eternals and other projects.
This is the latest glimpse into the game, which recently changed hands from Sony to Xbox after facing cancellation due to missed deadlines and budget issues.
