The City of Dalaran, a magocratic municipality, is now fully open to visitors in World of Warcraft: Forever, but only to Alliance players. The City of Dalaran dungeon can be cleared by either faction, and it's a challenging instance. Players will need to navigate through the sewers, clear multiple bosses, and complete quests to successfully navigate the dungeon. The recommended point of entry is level 30 during the beta, and the dungeon's entrance is located in the Alterac Mountains, north of Hillsbrad, near Lordamere Lake.
The dungeon's entrance can be accessed through a sewage pipe on the outer side of the northern wall, and there are two routes to the dungeon, depending on whether the player is Alliance or Horde. The Alliance can fly or take a ship into Southshore, Hillsbrad Foothills, and then head north-west through the zone, up into Dalaran.
The Horde can fly to The Sepulcher and head east to Lordamere Lake, then swim south-east to the dungeon entrance. Before entering the dungeon, players will need to get attuned by obtaining the Dalaran Sewer Key, which can be obtained by completing quests for Emissary Jacques in Southshore or Magus Wordeen Voidglare in Tarren Mill for the Horde.
