The PlayStation 5 version of RPG adventure game Meg’s Monster is set to release on March 1, 2027, according to the game’s developers Odencat. The game first launched for Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam on March 2, 2023, followed by iOS and Android on May 7, 2026. A Complete Edition bundle containing the base game and downloadable content “Lost Memories” will be available for Switch on November 19, and will also be available for the PlayStation 5 version when it releases in 2027.
The game follows the story of Roy, a hulking ogre who befriends a lost little girl named Meg, and must help her find her mother to prevent the apocalypse. The game features a unique twist, where the player must keep Meg safe from crying, as her tears have the power to bring forth the apocalypse. The game will be available on PS5 in 2027, with a vibrant pixel aesthetic and quirky characters.
