Spirit Crossing, a new online multiplayer game, is set to debut on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on November 16th, according to a recent IndieWorld Showcase trailer. The game, developed by Spry Fox, will also be available on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. The trailer features a peek at the game's cozy and curious world, the Crosslands, where players can wander, gather, build, and socialize with friends.
The game's unique friendship progression system lets relationships grow naturally over time, unlocking features such as proximity chat and gift-giving. Players can also customize their avatars and decorate spaces to suit their style. The game's developer, Spry Fox, aims to provide a welcoming space for meaningful connections and has been developing the game for five years.
The studio is now employee-owned and operates as a fully remote studio with a global team. Pre-orders for the game are available on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 today, and it can be wishlist on Steam for PC. For more information, join the official Discord or follow Spry Fox on social media.
