Total sales for Wuxia action RPG Phantom Blade Zero have surpassed four million units in just 72 hours, developer S-GAME announced. The game launched digitally for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store on October 29. A physical edition is due out for PlayStation 5 in 2027. Phantom Blade Zero is a fusion of classic Wuxia storytelling and exhilarating action powered by Unreal Engine 5, where players take on the role of Soul, a warrior with sixty-six days left to live.
He must fend off assassins, unravel world-ending conspiracies, and defend his values with his life. The game's world is a blend of traditional Wuxia, fantasy, and folk horror, with a unique style known as Kungfupunk, inspired by the Golden Age of Hong Kong action films.
