A demo for 007 First Light is now available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam, letting players experience the first mission of the game for free. The demo is available to everyone on Steam and Xbox, but for PS5 users, it is locked behind a PlayStation Plus Premium subscription. The demo includes the first mission, Against the Odds, which takes place in Iceland and serves as an introduction to the younger, rougher James Bond.
The demo only includes one hour of gameplay, but if players purchase the full game, they can continue their progress without having to start over. This comes as IO Interactive's take on the 007 franchise received a perfect 5/5 score in a review earlier this year, praising its masterful translation of the Bond fantasy into a 14-hour globetrotting epic.
007 First Light is set to come to Switch 2 on March 18, 2027, almost a full year after its initial release on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
