The Pokemon Company and developer TiMi Studio Group will end service for the free-to-play multiplayer online battle arena game Pokemon UNITE on March 23, 2027. The game first launched for Switch on July 21, 2021, followed by iOS and Android on September 22, 2021. Players will be able to use Aeos gems they currently have until service ends, and those who are currently UNITE Club members will be able to continue using their membership benefits and services until the end of their current membership period.

The Pokemon UNITE Aeos Crown 2027 Tokyo competitive tournament will also be held as previously announced. The companies will no longer provide support regarding use of Pokemon UNITE video and images after service ends. The “Pokemon UNITE Game Content Guidelines for Online Platforms” will no longer be published or maintained after service ends.

The game will no longer be available for play after March 23, 2027, and players will no longer be able to log in to the game or participate in battles. Players who completed the required library data download before service ends will still be able to access the library feature to view certain records and in-game content. The library feature will not be available after service ends.

The companies offer their sincerest gratitude to the many Trainers who have played since service started for the Nintendo Switch version on July 21, 2021. The companies hope you continue to enjoy Pokemon UNITE until the final day of service.
